Workforce Training Program at ISU Center for Crops Utilization Research
CCUR can provide workforce training to industrial customers through workshops, on-site training of specific process operations. Customer employees can gain both the fundamental background knowledge and the hand-on experiences of specific equipment operation in food processing and industrial fermentation areas.

Industrial Fermentation & Downstream Processing
The Industrial Fermentation and Downstream Processing Workshop will provide participants with real-world industrial fermentation experiences ranging from scale-up to downstream processing. Participants will take part in hands-on bench- and pilot-scale activities led by fermentation and downstream processing experts from Iowa State University. The workshop is open to anyone with a basic knowledge of small-scale fermentation but would like to learn more about fermentation scale-up
